How often do I really need a housekeeper?
Honestly, it depends on your home, and I would rather tell you the truth than sell you a schedule. Some places need a weekly visit to stay ahead of things, and plenty of others are perfectly happy every other week or once a month. Tell me about your space and I will give you my honest opinion — including when less often is plenty.
Which areas do you cover?
Greenville County and the surrounding Upstate: Spartanburg, Pelzer, Anderson, Taylors, Greer and Easley. If you are just outside those, ask anyway — it is often a yes.
How do I book a cleaning?
Send the booking form on this site with the service you want, your city and your preferred day. A booking fee holds your slot, and once it is paid the request comes straight to me and I confirm the day and time window with you personally.
What is the booking fee for?
It is the deposit that holds your slot on my calendar. For a home it is $25 inside Greenville County and $50 for the surrounding areas, for a business it is $100, and it is waived entirely for seniors. It is paid by card on the booking form, and there is no fee at all to request a quote.
What happens after I send a request?
It reaches me right away, so I see it while you are still thinking about it. I read every request myself and come back to you to confirm the details, answer anything you asked and lock in your day.
